At the 7th Anniversary celebration of Hope Church on 5th February 2017. There were 2 significant prophetic words that came at the end of the meeting both speaking about thinking Big and stepping out in faith for the next 7 years – believing God beyond our resources!
- Challenge to say YES to Jesus in faith whatever He tells us to do in the coming months and years ahead. Be amazed at what God does as we take Him at His word and act! e.g. ‘do whatever he tells you to do’ (Jhn 2v5)
- Believe God for a large building in East London that will be a significant ‘hub’ for the community and proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ. A hub for social action, care for the poor, small businesses, training, prayer, worship and much more.
This led to looking in to what John Wesley did in London in the 18th Century setting up the Foundry and getting us to dream what God might be calling us to do as a Church in the 21st Century.
