Our vision for the children of Hope Church is for them to know who God is, their value to Him and to grow up to know God personally.

To this end we run dynamic and engaging activities for our children and young people. Children at Hope Church have fun, develop friendships, enjoy worship and get to know who God is.

Ages 5 to 11

Every child can expect a warm welcome at Kidz Klub. After welcoming each child and breaking off into teams Kidz Klub starts off with some fun and games, these games are usually loud, energetic and sometimes messy! Once we’ve all used up some of our energy it’s time to explore who God is. Now it’s time for ‘Silent Seats’, each week the children hear a story from the bible, memory verse and a practical application for their life. We never ‘dumb down’ scripture. We teach it is it is in bite-sized and digestible chunks in a way that is relevant to them and engaging. We usually end with prayer and a lively praise song as a whole group.

Practical information:

We believe that the church is a family made up of all ages and as such we love children to be part of our worship. We ask that parents collect their children from their activities as soon as the meeting has ended.

All of our children’s and youth workers undergo an enhanced level Disclosure and Barring Service check and also receive training in Hope Church’s Child Protection Policy.
